Accounts Executive

Job description 

Our organisation is searching for a Junior Accounts Executive to manage the daily transactions of Customers/Users who use our Products/Services. Besides, it is an excellent opportunity for all the fresher candidates who are looking for accounting jobs in Chennai.

Roles and Responsibilties:

• The Junior Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting the accounts department in day-to-day financial operations
• The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participate in inventory management and perform regular stock reconciliations
• Assist with financial audits and compliance reviews
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Candidates should have a strong background in accounting, along with a Tally certification(Must).
